All prints must be pressed on with a heat press with specific instructions that we include with each transfer.  We are not responsible for transfers not turning out correctly for faulty equipment or not following the directions.  Each print is supplied with specific directions that you must follow for perfect results.  If you have any type of issue or question please contact us immediately.  

* All sizing is the width of the image*  The length will be printed what ever is proportionate unless otherwise specified.   Our sizing is a general guideline and we feel that's what works best for us and we are not responsible if it doesn't fit correctly on your brand of apparel.  If you would like a specific size that you do not see please write it in the personalization section.  All apparel brands are different.
